Refund Policy for LST Retreats

At LST Retreats, we are committed to providing an enriching and fulfilling experience for all of our participants. If you need to request a refund or modification to your booking, we have outlined the terms below to ensure a clear and transparent process.

Refund Policy - The Basics

Refunds are available for bookings made through our website under certain conditions. To qualify for a refund, your request must adhere to the terms outlined below:

  1. Cancellation made within 14 days of booking: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking within 14 days from the date of the reservation.

  2. Cancellation made between 15 to 30 days prior to the retreat: You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking fee if you cancel between 15 and 30 days prior to the start date of the retreat.

  3. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable, as funds are already committed to reserving rooms and other retreat-related expenses.

The following fees are non-refundable:
 
Non-Refundable Deposit
To secure your spot at any retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is [insert amount or percentage of total retreat cost and is part of the total retreat fee.
Regardless of when you cancel your booking, the deposit is non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Fees
In addition to the non-refundable deposit, the following fees are also non-refundable:

  • Booking Fees: Any administrative or processing fees charged at the time of booking.

  • Special Promotions or Discounts: If you booked your retreat with a special promotion or discount, those fees are also non-refundable if canceled.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at least 15-30 days before the retreat start date. You can reach us by:

When submitting your request, please provide:

  • Your booking reference number

  • Full name of the participant

  • Reason for cancellation

Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used.

4. Transfers or Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change the dates of your retreat or transfer your booking to another person, please contact us at least [30] days before the retreat start date. Depending on availability and any additional costs, we may be able to accommodate changes or transfers. A 10% change fee may apply.

5. Retreats Canceled by LST Retreats
In the rare event that LST Retreats cancels a retreat or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of all paid fees

  • The option to transfer to a future retreat or event

We will notify you as soon as possible if a retreat is canceled.

6. Late Arrivals or Early Departures

If you arrive late or need to leave the retreat early, no refunds will be issued for missed days or sessions. We encourage you to make sure that your travel arrangements align with the retreat schedule.

7. Force Majeure
LST Retreats is not responsible for any refunds in the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or any other force majeure event that may prevent the retreat from taking place.
